As some countries are becoming a hotbed for discrimination like hate speech against minorities and certain faiths, we want to make sure that we are hiring the right people whoever didn’t involve any such thing like hate-speech.
In order to get hired by us and our clients, you should have a clearance certificate that you haven’t involved with any hate-speech against certain faith and minorities.
This certification/recommendation letter should mention that the candidate believes in “Everyone is born Equal” and wasn’t involved with any hate-speech related activities in social media. Also, the letter should state that the candidate believes in “Men and Women are equal and should have equal opportunities”.

If we come to know that you involved in any such hate-related activities, we will have the right to disqualify your contract anytime.
